A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/24/2022 between the hours of approximately 12:50 p.m. and 1:50 p.m. There were 10 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 26 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed napping and preparing for nap. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
