A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on April 25, 2024 between the hours of approximately 9:15 a.m. and 10:20 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 11 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 28 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed doing a raised salt painting, participating in story time, engaging in free play and other organized activities. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. 3 caregiver and 2 children's records were reviewed. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
