Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, August 21, 2019, from 10:00am-11:15am. There were 4 children (11 points) plus the provider's own child directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff record, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, building with blocks, and an infant was observed having play time. There was a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on observation, the provider did not maintain all required items in the first aid kit.
Evidence: The first aid kit is missing one triangular bandage.
