Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 6 children (13 points)present after school today. Children were observed playing with toys and during a diaper change. Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies and fridge/freezer temperatures were all in compliance today. Violations were discussed with the provider at the exit interview. Please send the repeated fingerprint search results to me if they can be located. Based on a review of records, one household member's record did not contain documentation of a nationwide fingerprint search, within the allowable 5 year time frame. Evidence: Household member #1's record contained a nationwide fingerprint search dated 8/1/18. (expired)

The fingerprints were repeated. I will find the results and send them to you, or they will be done again.

Description:
Based on a review of records, caregiver records did not contain documentation of a repeated Tuberculosis screening within the allowable 2 year time frame. Evidence: 2 caregiver records were reviewed. 1. Caregiver A's record contained documentation of a negative TB screening result dated 7/7/21. (Expired) 2. Caregiver B's record contained documentation of a negative TB screening result dated 10/17/21. (Expired)
Plan of Correction:
TB screenings will be obtained for both caregivers.
