Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted 8/9/2023 for the provider that moved to 14340 Rehfield Ct. There were no children in care. The home, 1 caregiver's records, no children's records, no household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. There were no children in care. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Based on review, the provider did not ensure that they obtained repeat checks every five years from the initial check. Evidence: Reviewed the provider's records and found that the last criminal records check was conducted 5/8/2018 and had not been updated as of 8/9/2023. Also found that the most recent sworn statement was dated 3/31/2018 and had not been updated as of 8/9/2023.
