An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/30/23 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:08 a.m. with the manager. There were 32 children in care, ranging in age from three to five-years-old, supervised by seven staff. The children were observed in circle and learning how to write the letter ?L?. Five child records and five staff records were reviewed. The Center has five staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, and four staff trained in Daily Health Observation Training. Three medications and authorization forms were reviewed and the center has two staff current in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery operated radio were observed. The most recent Fire Inspection on file was dated 03/12/22 and the most recent Health Inspection on file was dated 02/15/23. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
