Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced inspection. This visit was conducted on January 29, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. through 11:10 a.m. as a result of a complaint that was received by the Valley Licensing Office on January 28, 2020, regarding the allegation of forbidden actions. Interviews were conducted with two staff, one child and one parent. Video recording was reviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegation. Therefore, the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
