Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on August 19, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Two staff were present with twenty-four children. Five children and two staff records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
Based on review and inspection of the facility, the vendor did not develop and implement a written policy and procedure that describes how the vendor will ensure that each group of children receives care by consistent staff or team of staff members.
Evidence: The vendor had not developed and implemented a consistent care policy.
Plan of Correction:
It will typed and placed inside the licensing binder.
