Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 29, 2020 from approximately 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Two staff were present with fifteen children. Four children records and two staff records were reviewed.
Based on review, facility did not ensure there is an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.
Evidence: The most recent fire inspection report available for review was completed April 6, 2017 which is more than a year old.
Plan of Correction:
Area manager called the school board office today to request the fire inspection report.
