Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/26/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
Based on record review and interview it was determined the center did not ensure that each staff have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care. Evidence: 1. The record for staff #2(hired 9/19/22) did not contain current certification in CPR. 2. Staff confirmed this documentation was not available during this inspection.
