Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted today. There were 10 children present with 3 caregivers for a total of 30 supervision points. The Inspector reviewed children's files, staff files, attendance, and Emergency plans/practice drills. The Provider has MAT, CPR/First Aid, and the staff have attended various trainings. Sleeping and location of nappers were discussed to ensure zooning requirements are met. Please call with questions 703 479-4679
Based on interview and record review, it was determined the Provider did not obtain a Child protective services central registry check within 30 days of a person in the home becoming 14 years old. Evidence: 1. Household member turned 14 years old in October, 2021. 2. The provider showed a form sent for clearance but it was not the correct form.
Plan of Correction:
I received the correct form from the Licensing Inspector and will send out the form this Monday after I get it notarized.
