An unannounced inspection was conducted on June 24, 2019 in response to a complaint received on June 20, 2019 regarding supervision. The inspection was initiated at 9:00 am and concluded at 10:55 am. Interviews were conducted with caregivers along with review of two children's records. Based on the information gathered, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations therefore the complaint is not valid.
