Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, April 27, 2023. The inspector was on site from approximately 9:20 am until 10:40 am. There was one child present with one caregiver supervising for a value of two points. The child was observed playing with kitchen set, doctor kit and a tablet. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of one child record, one caregiver record, and a household member record were reviewed. A full house tour was conducted along with the outdoor play area. New outdoor equipment has been added and meets licensing standard requirements. The inspector interacted with the provider and the child in care. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector.
