An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted from 9:05am to 11:20am in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 09/12/2019. Interviews were conducted with staff and documents were reviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
