An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 1:30pm-2:30pm. There were 11 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 2 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed watching a movie and playing with legos. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
