A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on (insert date) to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Based on record review, staff did not have current certification in first aid appropriate to the ages of children in care. Evidence: 1. Staff 1's first aid certification expired 3/23. 2. Staff 5's first aid certification expired 4/22.
