This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 12/22/2021 and concluded on 12/22/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There was 1 child present, aged four year, present with the provider supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the voluntary registration requirements. A total of 2 child records and 2 provider/household records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
