Comments:
An annual RECDC subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on today's date. The center has 68 children in care with 12 staff. All groupings are in ratio. The center has rooms with lots of space and supplies for the children to explore. Observed the children having circle time, eating snack, painting working on shapes and playing outside. Morning snack was observed the children bring food from home. Interaction between staff and children observed in all the groupings. Based on the review of the paperwork given to parents and the public, it was determined that the center is missing two of the items made available to the public, Evidence: Information regarding liability insurance and health requirement for staff is missing from the centers information given to the public and parents.
