An annual RECDC health and safety inspection was conducted today beginning at 12:35pm. The center had 20 children in care with 5 staff within the supervision guidelines. A tour of the facility was conducted, records were reviewed, and observations were made. The children were observed playing outside and watching a video as they prepared for dismissal.
