This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and documentation review.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 9/21/21 and concluded on 9/22/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a remote inspection was conducted. There were two children present with the caregiver. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, and medication.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
