A subsidy inspection was conducted on 11/07/2022. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the vendor agreement were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation the vendor did not ensure all potentially poisonous substances were in areas inaccessible to children. Evidence: There was disinfectant wipes on a table in reach of the children.
Plan of Correction:
The wipes were moved to a high place, not accessible to children.

Based on observation the vendor did not have all required emergency supplies. Evidence: The vendor did not have an emergency radio.
