An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 15, 2019 from 12:00pm until 1:30pm. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 12 children present with 3 staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities, napping, hand washing and eating lunch. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The licensing inspector toured the facility and reviewed supervision, emergency supplies, practice drills, nutrition, physical plant, required postings, and administration. There were no violations cited. An exit meeting was conducted with the facility director prior to the end of the inspection.
