Discussion of an alleged incident that was reported and may have occurred on 10/30/2020 at the Child Day Center. This alleged incident was self-reported to the Division of Licensing by the center.

This Non-mandated Monitoring Inspection (NMI) was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The NMI was initiated as a result of an alleged incident self-reported by the center to the Division of Licensing.
The inspection was concluded on 11/04/2020. Those individuals needed to supply all available facts were contacted by telephone. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with an applicable standard or law. No violations were cited.
