An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on Tuesday, November 15, 2019 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 10/18/2019. The inspector was on site from approximately 9:25 AM to 10:45 PM. Documentation was reviewed relating to allegations concerning transportation and field trips. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
