An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 04/15/2024 10:00 a.m. and was concluded on 04/26/2024 at 12:20 p.m. The complaint was received on 04/11/2024 regarding staffing and supervision. Four staff members were interviewed. Two child records were reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations and the complaint dispositions was, therefore, ?not valid?.
