Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:15am-11:00am. There were 9 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The childcare area, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed sleeping, being comforted, and seated with a staff member working with flash cards. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Based on record review, the provider did not have a current CPR and First Aid certification on the date of inspection. Evidence: Adult 1's CPR and First Aid certification expired in July 2022.
Plan of Correction:
I will schedule and complete the re-certification as soon as possible.
