Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:30am-11:50am. There were 11 children directly supervised by 4 caregivers. The home, 4 caregiver records, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed building with blocks under supervision, cleaning up, washing hands, and eating lunch. The home was clean and organized. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. No areas of non-compliance were identified during the inspection.
