Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 08/27/2019. The inspection began at 12:50 PM and concluded at 3:00 PM. There were eleven children in care with three caregivers and a total of twenty six points. During the inspection infant care was observed, nap time was observed, and hand washing was observed. Additionally, the inspector reviewed five out of twelve children's records, the licensee's record, both assistant's records, and all household member records. The inspector examined the entire home interior and exterior, emergency supplies, and policies and procedures. This provider does not administer medications or transport children.
