An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:00 am-12:15. There were a total of 97 children with 24 staff members present. Children were observed during diapering and hand washing, sensory table, music, playing with cars and trucks outdoor play time. A selection of staff and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed. There were no violations cited this date.
