Technical Assistance:
Follow up on obtaining a copy of the most current fire permit from the building manager.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:30 am-1:00 pm. There were a total of 122 children with 24 staff members present. Children were observed during lunch, hand washing, diapering,engaged in group activities sensory table, play dough, letter recognition, and outdoor play time. A selection of staff and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Based on a review of children records, the center has not maintained a complete record for each child. Evidence: Child #1, date of admission 5/6/2019 does not have documentation of viewing proof of the child's identity and age.
Plan of Correction:
The parent was called today and will bring the document Tuesday morning.
