Comments:
An in person renewal study was conducted today. All rooms are in ratio during the inspection. The playground was not inspected due to inclement weather. Children were observed resting quietly, preparing for rest time, washing hands and during feeding. 2 child and 4 staff records were reviewed. See Violation notice for non-compliances.
Emergency evacuation drills, injury reports, labeling/dating of infant bottles, cot spacing and supervision were all in compliance. Based on a review of documentation, the annual update to the injury prevention plan was not available. Evidence: The updated injury prevention plan could not be located during the inspection.
