Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on January 28, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. through 4:30 p.m. There were sixty-four children in the care of seven staff. Three staff records were reviewed and updated. Four children's records were reviewed and updated. Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice.
Areas observed, arrival, outside play, hand washing /bathroom procedures and snack. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.

Based on record review the center failed to obtain an updated tuberculosis screening for one employee.
Evidence:1. Three staff records were reviewed. 2. Staff #1 had not obtained an updated tuberculosis screening. Last documented screening was dated 06/02/2015. 3. Staff confirmed an updated tuberculosis screening had not been obtained.
Plan of Correction:
The staff member will obtain an updated tuberculosis screening. Documentation will be sent to the licensing inspector.
