A complaint investigation was conducted regarding an allegation related to care, protection, and guidance, failure to notify parents of minor injury, and supervision. This investigation was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The investigation was initiated on August 25, 2020. Interviews were conducted on August 25 and August 27. Two staff record, one child?s record, and photographs were reviewed. There were no violations were issued as a result of this inspection due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations.
