A Monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/14 and concluded on 10/16/2020. The Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection at 4:45pm. There were 15 children present and 5 staff. The inspector emailed the Director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children's records and 4 staff records submitted by the Director to ensure documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
