The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection, at which play groups, art, activities, group time, music, large and small motor activities,and lunch time were observed. Children were observed; and staff and children files and other documentation were reviewed. Forty-seven (47) children, aged 4 months-4 years, were found to be in care with 11 staff, kitchen staff, and office staff. Previous violations were reviewed, and had been corrected. Please contact me if you need further assistance. Thank you for your cooperation. This inspection began at 8:35 am and concluded at 11:10 am.
