Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:00 pm-1:15pm. There were 60 children directly supervised by 8 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed sleeping. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Based on observation, it was determined there was not 12 inches of space between occupied cots. Evidence: 1. In 3 classrooms there were cots that were close together and not 12 inches of apart.
