A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/03/2023. There were 43 children present with 7 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation, written attendance was not maintained daily for children. Evidence: 2 of 6 classrooms did not have a complete hard copy of attendance in the rooms. *3's room had no written attendance for 10/3/23. *Older Infants had no written attendance for 10/02 or 10/03/2023.
