2/23/23 Arrived 2:00pm Departed 3:15pm An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were eight children present with six staff. The children were resting and eating a snack. Three child records were reviewed. One staff record was reviewed. Thank you for your cooperation. Please contact me if I may be of service.
Based on a review of document s, and an interview with a staff member, the facility failed to provide annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction. Evidence: 1. The last fire inspection report is dated 8-31-21.
Plan of Correction:
The site supervisor reported that the fire official will be contacted.
