A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted onsite on 08/15/2022 and concluded with a virtual record review inspection on 08/18/2022. There were 13 children, ages 5 years- 10 years, and 2 staff members providing direct supervision present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. The children were observed during arrival, free choice activities, snack time, and teacher directed activities. A total of 5 children?s records, 2 staff records. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 4:00 pm and departed at 4:45 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on these dates. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations of the subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
