An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 01/17/2023. An additional virtual record review was conducted on 01/23/2023. There were 14 children, ages 5 years- 11 years, and 5 staff members providing direct supervision present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. The children were observed during mealtime, individual activities and large motor activities. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: fire inspection, meals, and menus. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, and 5 Officer/Agent records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 3:30 pm and departed at 4:30 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
