This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A complaint inspection was initiated on September 10, 2020 and concluded on September 18, 2020 in reference to an online complaint received on September 7, 2020 by the Fairfax Licensing Office. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the complaint and therefore it is deemed "not valid". The inspection included interviews of staff members and a review of electronically submitted documents.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
