An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/31/2022 from 9:25am to 10:15am. There were 3 children ages 9 months to age 14 years old (8 points) with the Provider. The programming area, outdoor play area, menus, Provider records, 3 children?s records, attendance, emergency drills, and emergency supplies were reviewed. There was no medication onsite. Children were observed eating. There provider was current in CPR and First Aid training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
