A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 05/09/2024 from 10:20am to 11:20am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 4 children ages 15 months to age 3 years old (10 points) with the Provider. The programming area, attendance, outdoor playground area, menus, Provider record, 4 children?s records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. Children were observed participating free play. The Provider had a current certification in CPR and First Aid training.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
