A monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/06/2022. 3 children (7pts) were in attendance with the Provider. The physical space, children's records, Provider/household member documents, posted documents, evacuation drills, attendance records and other required documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed interacting with the Provider during lunch (grilled chicken, rice, corn, broccoli/cauliflower, grapes and milk). Developmentally appropriate materials were available for the children throughout the classroom. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
