An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, 12/05/2022. 5 children (10pts) were directly supervised by 1 caregiver. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, required posted documents, evacuation drills, 2 children?s records and caregiver/household member records were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed cleaning up after snack (crackers & cheese), washing hands, playing in the dramatic play area, engaging with the caregiver and interacting with each other. Age appropriate activities and materials were available for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
