Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/08/2023. The provider was present with 5 children (12pts). The physical space, evacuation drills, safety supplies, attendance records, Provider/household member records, 2 child ren's records and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed playing with developmentally appropriate materials, interacting with each other and engaging with the Provider. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program. Based on record review, and interview with the Provider, the subsequent follow up tuberculosis screening for a household member was not conducted within two years from the date of the previous screening. Evidence: The screening for Household Member A expired on 9/25/2023.
Plan of Correction:
An appointment was made right away for the tuberculosis screening to be updated.
