An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted to investigate an allegation regarding care, protection, and guidance and supervision and behavior management. The facility inspection was conducted with the center director on February 4,2020 beginning at 11:00 AM and ending at 12:10 PM. A review of center documentation and staff interviews were conducted.There were no violations were issued as a result of this inspection due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations.
