An alternate emergency plan template with the addition of Lock Down procedures will be emailed to the provider. Though not required by the current standards, these procedures are a good addition to emergency planning.

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 6/15/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 7 children present, ranging in ages from 16 months to 4 years old, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
