An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 2:20pm to 3:15pm. At the time of inspectors arrival there were 11 children, ages 10mos to 4 years, for a total of 27 points, in care with the licensee and assistant provider. The records sample size consisted of 5 children's records and 4 provider / assistant/ household member records. Children were observed engaging in snack, educational activites and interacting with the provider and assistant. The licensee states that no medication is administered to children while in her care. The licensee also reported there were no injury reports since the last inspection. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
