A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/03/2019 from 10:30am-11:30am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 12 preschool aged children in care totaling 26 points with the provider and assistant provider. Children were observed participating interacting with the providers, educational activities, free play, and transitioning between activities. A sample of 5 children's records and 2 provider/assistant provider records were reviewed. Provider reported that no medications are administered at this time. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements during this inspection.
